Formed in 2017 and becoming an LLC in 2023, we have been working hard to improve the language skills and lives of all of our students, near and far.

2021 - Partnership begins with The Literacy Coalition of Central Texas

2023 - Learn Now Learn Well becomes an LLC

Hello! My name is Joel and I am excited to be able to tutor and teach you, as I have done with hundreds of other students.
I began tutoring in college, where I double majored in Spanish and Sociology. I studied in Madrid, Spain and loved every minute of it. In fact, I enjoyed languages and teaching so much that I received my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as Teaching Licenses for ESL, Spanish, and a TESOL Certification.
After spending time in higher education, I decided to create Learn Now Learn Well so that I will always be able to use my teaching skills to help others. With over 10 years of teaching English and Spanish, I continue to enjoy every minute of it all.
I look forward to the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills with you!

"Hello! My name is Roxanne, and I am thrilled to become part of the LNLW team. Language learning is not new to me, as I started learning my second language at 4 years old. My curiosity for language (and languages) led me to pursue an undergraduate degree in Linguistics, where I learned in-depth about the structure, rules, patterns, and production of sounds, words, and sentences. I continued my studies in Spain, where I obtained a master’s degree in Bilingual Education, focusing on language instruction, development, and teaching methodology.
In addition to this, I have also obtained my TESOL certification and have had the pleasure of working with students of all ages from all over the world. I am a native Spanish speaker and have vast experience working with students with special needs and learning difficulties. As a teacher, I aspire to make every student comfortable, teaching relevant content at their pace, and making each lesson as fun and interactive as possible!"

Dr. Hijazi is a teacher of English and Arabic and joins us with a PhD in English and nearly 10 years of teaching experience. Having years of experience teaching Arabic speakers, she particularly enjoys the aspects of engaging learners in speaking and writing. Welcome, Dr. Hijazi!

"¡Hola! Me llamo Jesús. It is a pleasure to be part of Learn Now & Learn Well. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian and proficient in Latin. I have lived in 4 countries and love international environments. My love for culture led me to learn Latin, Italian, and English. I love to be able to understand how people from different cultures are influenced by their language and the literature those cultures have produced. I have 2 undergraduate degrees, one in Liberal Arts and another one in Philosophy. I got a scholarship and was able to move to Italy to study Philosophy and get to know the Italian culture better.
I have worked as an adjunct instructor and academic coach at a community college where I helped students learn the basics of any language and achieve bilingualism. I work at Yale University, School of Management supporting faculty and research. As a teacher and language coach, I love hearing about the students' goals and seeing how they achieve them whether at the grammar explanations stage or conversational level."
